The Magnette has been road legal since 2015 - but unfinished! Life seems to keep getting in the way. I have had to do a fair bit on the house. Just coming up to having clocked 1000kms - which is not a lot. Currently needing a WoF which I'll get sorted next week.

Work in progress. Itching to add the woodrim steering wheel, but that will be one of the last things to do. This was back in 2011.
I won't be towing the Marcos again as the weight of the Magnette is about the same as the Marcos without the trailer!
January 2021 - at the monthly Caffeine & Classics. Still working on the fibreglass bonnet.
One of the (many) non-essential jobs on the list is to modify the front bumpers to extend them rearwards, as it will look better. I intend to get the (fibreglass) bumpers chrome wrapped.
Some work has recently been done on the (fibreglass) boot lid and an ex Riley Elf locking latch fitted. Neither boot nor bonnet will be painted until I'm totally satisfied with the fit and finish.
The radiator grille surround is a temporary one, as I have another built up with stainless mesh. Still debating as to whether or not to leave that as is, or spray the mesh black. Any comments on that?
