Great shots as always, Thank you Nigel.
Good to see the Donn White - ex Donn White, back to Donn White 1973 Bathurst Clubman.
Thanks for the posting - welcome back.
Cheers Roger.
I haven't been going to many events over the last couple of years hence the lack of posts.
I was at the Historic GP on Sunday and took quite a few photos so now I've got stuff to post again.
Great stuff Nigel. I would have liked to have gone, but couldn't make it. I still think the E Type with faired in headlights is still the best looking of all of them.
Nigel
I was at Taupo on Saturday and was hoping to see you
3 years is too long a gap between friends.
I really enjoy your photography.
Cheers
Ken H.
Thanks Ray. Yes the early E's with faired lights are my favourite too.
Sorry I missed you Ken. I didn't go on Saturday as I usually do. Just as well because I understand that it was stinking hot.
Nigel, great to see B and W photos.
The first photo Post #1833 with the Chev " Pits " indeed, with the appropriate Pit Stop for the drivers too !! - Portaloo, a few !!.
Nigel, thanks for the Bike photos.. " jellywrestler " a.k.a. " Spdya " as in Graeme "Spyda " Staples was the dulcet tones on the microphone at the event .. as mentioned on the forum recently ..
Spyda and my Nephew were racing in Sidecars back in the 1980's .. Spyda was a driver and my Nephew Matt Deverall was the swinger for Andrew Scrivener ...
Nigel, could you please do some of us with slower connections a favour please? If you restrict the number of photos in each post to about 4 or 5 we can get to see them, otherwise it stalls the site. Ray had to do the same and all is well with his. I don't want to miss any of your great photos :)
