Will this book be able to be purchased at the Festival? Signing opportunities?
Most certainly. 'The Road to Monaco' will be officially 'launched' in the Bruce McLaren Trust tent just prior to the signing session starting at 11am on Friday the 16th - in fact I'll start a new thread...
Here is a Great interview with Howden and Robin Miller:

JAFA, you might want to collect your ERC poster just before, then get Howden to sign both! (You might need a silver marker for that though.) It is a big poster, so you might also want to bring along a 600mm cardboard tube!
I have just picked up the posters. Thrilled to bits with how they have turned out. A pretty hefty weight they are too! 850mm tall x 600mm wide.
If anyone wants one posting, I am more than happy to save you one and post after the event at the cost of postage plus a 600mm card tube. Although we aren't racing until weekend 2, I will have some available for weekend 1.
Not sure where I'll be located, but all being well, I should have #70 Marcos there alongside the PIC display area, near Hamptons.
Weekend 2, we are located on the Hampton's side of the roadway, but I'm not sure we'll get 50+ cars in there plus the Sports GTs.
Just a few pics. Plenty of media snappers in evidence.
As usual Ray, great photos. Looking forward to the meeting. The Monty looks great and that's where I will be over the weekend.
Hi guys, I'll be wearing my brown Roaring Season T-shirt tomorrow, and I typically wear a pink (yeah I know...) hi vis. Come and say hey if you see me about. Here's a few of today's that I've sorted so far. Many to come :)

I did see you Richy - in the pink! Not in this pic. Will say hi tomorrow.
The jokers shooting for the Aussie Transam are good fellas too!
Thats not Dewi (from Aus) standing with his hands on hips is it?
I have done 200 A3 posters celebrating Sports Sedans from 1977 - 2015.
They are full gloss colour done as a collage and they are all a free give away to the fans.
Please come and see me- light blue XA Coupe 083 over the weekend to get yours, no limit per fan.
TonyG- send me an email with your mailing address, also the Aussie Tranzam guys are grabbing them as theres nothing like it over there.-my wife spent about 80 hours on it getting them just right.
Sensational photo of the two Beggs.
Awesome pics and info guys, keep it coming for those of us who aren't there.
Results from the first weekend are being posted to Mylaps, check it out here:

Done John. Looks like the weather is going to be good to you, Hope the crowds respond well. Have fun. Will be watching the pics come on line.
Regards
Tony
Wholeheartedly agree with you Shano.
More on "my" 'Just a Mix of Pics' thread from Saturday. Not many loaded, as it takes ages to sort out what I have taken, eliminate the dross then save a copy to shrink for this website.
Great crowd on Saturday from quite early on - and they were still rolling in when I left. Big smiles all round.
As posted on the other thread:
F5000's from Saturday...

Never let anyone tell you they don't drive these old girls hard. 4 wheel drift in this shot, a dab of opposite lock and the inside front off the deck.
The Elva-DKW has to be one of my favourite cars at every NZFMR.
Fantastic photos Snoozin and Nigel Watts - please keep up the great work!
ERC numbers for the coming weekend have dropped due to mechanical maladies. Down now to a grid of 46 cars and just 8 reserves...
A limited number of the ERC posters will be on sale from the programme kiosk in the paddock at $5 - profits to the local Te Kauwhata Primary School.
Hope you keen photographers get some good pics this coming weekend - though the weather forecast is a little erratic at the moment...
Well that's still a very healthy grid. Your cars were sorely missed on weekend 1
I have to say that as a paying spectator, I was a bit disappointed with some of the grid sizes on Saturday.
Festival publicity was trumpeting that there were 50+ F5000 entries whereas the reality was 22 starters for Saturday afternoon.
When your expectations are high, you can't help but be disappointed when they're not met.
However, having said that, I'd like to praise all the competitors that did turn up and race.
Hope that next weekend goes well
Cheers
Nigel
Great pics, thanks very much Nigel. But please don't feel too short-changed by having "only" 22 F5000s turn out Saturday. We had an historic meeting in Perth a couple of years back, and had ONE show up, Bill Hemming's Elfin MR8, and the entire crowd were eternally grateful that Bill gave it a damn good kicking for a few laps, twice in the day. You guys really are very lucky...:)
