I think Robbie Francevic raced a Dolomite Sprint a couple of times. It was white.
At the time I thought it was pretty neat.... probably still would.

Grady Thompson......he did own it and the car is still alive and well
She had 14 owners I think from memory before my then brother in law bought the car, circa 1979. 302 had gone and replaced with 350 and was no longer silver but red. It was the write up test car for one of the then magazines 1970. The sister car (white) lives down in the Manawatu to a good friend.
Good stuff, great to hear of these cars with good owners.
An interesting one, had no idea he had driven it.

My Mac clearly discloses the rego number as IL9429
Is it a 'Corsair' or something like that name. Basically a Cortina but body shape rounded.
If so I will go for 1st guess at Jim Clark
Then again it maybe Alpha or ??? pass
Isuzu Bellet 1600GT. Innes Motors in Kamo were the agents for Isuzu and the princple owned a yellow one. They were a little different in the back window treatment and were 2 door. This must just be a standard saloon which would be 1500 cc
Also all GM agents had a parts book for them.
They were a neat little car, I got my drivers licence in one.
Aussies loved them, not exactly a GM-H but still a GM
You got it I reckon Jac Mac
