Going through my files I found an old -1993 - letter from Mr. Bill Prowse who had then Ferrari 275 GTB bachetta speciale for sale: serialnumber #07307.
See add and picture of car enclosed.

Is the car still in existance; in Australia?

Who can inform me on its history, where abouts and some pictures please.

Best regards,

Peter

In original form this car doesn't have the greatest of history.

I remember around 1988/89 the vice-president of the Mini Club I was involved with here in Melbourne, worked on this car for Bill and navigated in road rallies. Despite being a Mini enthusiast he was an Italian car specialist.

You'll find more details/photos on the Doug Whiteford thread on autosport.com's The Nostalgia Forum. You will also find mention of the current owner, Qld based.
