Hello everyone, its usually around this time of year I pass the (virtual) hat around, and ask for donations for The Roaring Season. As always, its been a couple of enthusiast members who have reminded me of this.

The Roaring Season remains free for all to use and enjoy, and I hope you're continuing to enjoy it. But it does cost a relatively sizable chunk of change to keep running.

Therefore, your donations are always greatly appreciated, and go a long way to keeping The Roaring Season afloat.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to message you all and say a huge thanks to those who kindly donated to The Roaring Season.

I feel the site has plateaued somewhat in recent times, and began to wonder if perhaps people had become bored with it, and no longer cared if it survived or not. To that end, I did think seriously about closing it down.

However, I've been encouraged by those who have made donations, as this confirms their enthusiasm for keeping The Roaring Season alive.

The intent of The Roaring Season was always to preserve and celebrate motorsport history. That said, all good things must also come to an end, and if people are no longer gaining enjoyment from a product, they'll stop supporting it. But thanks to the encouragement I've received by you kind folk who have donated, it looks like we'll be sticking around for a while yet.
