Neat little video here, of the first ever vintage racing Pro/Am event for historic big-bore sedans and production sports cars. The concept was to team up former pro-racing drivers with amateur historic racing car owners, and have a race around the Indianapolis road course layout, originally built for Formula 1 some years ago. The track features part of the oval, connected to a wiggly infield section of track.
Some of the driving is a bit hairy for a historic racing event, but still an entertaining video to watch, and plenty of great sounding V8 Corvettes, Camaros, Mustangs etc:
